Join us for a one day seminar on the fundamentals of alpaca farming. The staff of White Violet Farm Alpacas will share our common experience of setting up an alpaca farm. Let us help you avoid common mistakes and assist you with decisions on getting into the business. This workshop is specifically geared to those people who are thinking about becoming alpaca farmers or those very new in the business.

This is a hands-on workshop, so come dressed to go to the barn and get up close and personal with some of our alpacas. Topics include: health issues, shots, feed, barns and sheds, pasture care, toenails, developing goals, fiber, record keeping and water needs.
